These terms govern your use of the AIPR website and services at aipr.pub ("the Service"), operated by the owner of aipr.pub ("we", "us").

1. Service Description

AIPR provides AI-generated academic paper reviews. We offer free public rankings and paid in-depth reviews purchased via one-time review passes.

2. Purchases and Passes

  • Review passes are purchased via Stripe. Pricing is displayed at checkout. All prices are in USD.
  • Each pass grants a fixed number of review credits. Credits do not expire but are non-transferable.
  • If our system fails to produce a review (pipeline error, not a quality dispute), the credit is automatically refunded to your pass.
  • We do not offer monetary refunds for used credits. For unused credits, contact us within 14 days of purchase.

3. Accounts

You may use the Service without an account (anonymous pass). Creating an account lets you persist reviews, collaborate, and recover passes. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not submit content you do not have the right to review.
  • Do not use the Service to harass, defame, or mislead others.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.

5. AI-Generated Content

Reviews are generated by large language models. They are not peer review and should not be treated as such. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose. Use reviews as one input among many.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, and its code are proprietary. You retain all rights to papers you submit. We do not claim ownership of your uploads. We may store submitted documents to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccurate reviews, lost data, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
